Ahmed Bin Hassan Musallem Al Ma'ashani
Ahmed is the Founder and Director of the Dhofar Recovery Centre. He leads the organisation as a whole, setting its direction and holding accountability for governance, institutional partnerships, regulatory relationships, financial stewardship and the standard of care delivered to every resident and family.
He brings to the role more than twenty seven years in Omani banking and enterprise operations. The greater part of that career was spent at Bank Muscat. He began his professional career in the energy sector with Petroleum Development Oman.
That experience shapes how he runs the Centre. Decades of working with institutions, employers and families across Dhofar give him the regional standing on which the Centre's partnerships depend, while leading regional teams and optimising large scale processes in a tightly regulated sector gives him the operational discipline that a facility of this kind requires.
